Principal Eugene Stovall earned a Bachelor's in Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University and a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University inEducation. He now resides in Sacramento, serving as the Principal at Matsuyama Elementary. Mr. Stovall holds nearly 20 years of experience serving youth of all ages in schools and non-profit social-emotional learning.
