The newest addition to our signature blend collection! This green, piquant blend is inspired by the fertile, leafy countryside of Bonga, Ethiopia where we source herbs and spices from a women’s cooperative. While different from traditional ethiopian blends, it’s anchored in iconic flavors like koseret (a lemony herb) and besobela (a type of basil). Rub onto chicken, beef, or veggies for a mildly hot, lively flavor. Use to season lentils or sautéed greens. Great for marinating too!
